Perched above the Columbia Valley, three tennis courts have been part of Rossland, BC summers for over a century.
What started as recreation for a booming mining town is now a gathering place for locals, families and anyone who wants to play outside.

No dress code. No expensive memberships. Just tennis, fresh air and good people.
Our three courts offer beautiful views of the Columbia Valley, with a laid-back atmosphere that’s uniquely Rossland.
They’ve got a little character with cracks and quirks that make every rally a little more unpredictable. We like to call it "adventure tennis": a reminder that the best games aren’t always about perfect conditions, but about getting outside, having fun and sharing the court with a great community.

You don’t need to be a member to start. Drop in fees are $2 per person, payable via the lockbox inside the gate or e-transfer to tennisinrossland@gmail.com.

Memberships $20/year: affordable and community-supported

All levels welcome—from first serves to seasoned players

The Rossland Tennis Society is a volunteer-based non-profit built on community effort and a love for the game.
From maintaining the courts to organizing lessons and events, the city-owned courts are managed by the people who use it.
